VERKOOP VAN BOEDELBAK AAN SPUIGROEP

HCF Small Cap Advisory, a subsidiary of Holland Corporate Finance, is pleased to announce the fourth successful transaction in the Automotive industry since 2011: its clients, the shareholders of Boedelbak, have successfully sold their shares to Spuigroep. 

Boedelbak is the Dutch market leader in trailer rental and has over 1,600 trailers available at approximately 400 locations throughout the Netherlands. Spuigroep is active through, amongst others, Europcar Autoverhuur and Achilles Autolease. Peter Hubregtse, COO of Spuigroep, stated: “The acquisition of Boedelbak perfectly fits with our strategy of offering easily accessible transportation in the broadest sense of the word." Boedelbak’s former director Henk Gunnink confirmed this: “Due to the in-depth knowledge of logistics and Europcar’s large network, Spuigroep is the perfect partner to further expand Boedelbak.”
