Holland Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that its clients, the shareholders of Axon Digital Design B.V. have successfully sold their company to Goldman Sachs and Potosi. The debt financing in this deal was provided by Rabo Bank.

Axon Digital Design B.V. is active in the field of professional broadcast equipment. The company focuses on the design and marketing of high quality broadcast equipment for the conversion, processing, synchronization, routing, distribution and monitoring of audio and video signals. With innovative designs and a flexible customer approach, Axon has established a leading position in the fast growing HDTV market. Axon is one of the global players in its field of expertise, with a very strong position in Europe. Its diverse, blue chip customer base consists of many major international broadcasters and system integrators. Production is largely outsourced and products are sold around the globe.

Potosi invests along side private equity firms in transactions where it can add significant value Potosi also provides consulting and interim management services to private equity firms and large corporations.  Mr. Steven Le Poole, co-founder of Potosi, will become the new CEO of Axon.
