UnieKaas bought by Parcom Ventures and new management team

Holland Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that its clients Parcom Ventures, Willem Jan Rote, Paul Wilde and Jan van Vliet have successfully bought UnieKaas Holding B.V.
Holland Corporate Finance initiated the transaction and advised the management buy-in-team and their sponsors Parcom Ventures and Jan van Vliet.
UnieKaas, a family business operating since 1956, is a leading Dutch supplier of branded and private label Dutch cheeses and branded foreign cheeses, with a turnover of EUR 150m and 185 employees. The company supplies its products to Dutch retailers and offers logistical and shelf management services. Furthermore it exports Dutch cheese, mainly to the United States through its subsidiary Best Cheese (NY) and to Russia. The company owns well-known brands like UnieKaas, Parrano and BonAmi.
Parcom Ventures, a member of ING Group, has been an active investor since 1982. Its portfolio currently includes some 50 direct investments with a market value of about EUR 1 billion. Jan van Vliet is a private individual. The van Vliet family was one of the founding families of UnieKaas.
Both Willem Jan Rote and Paul Wilde have a commercial and managerial background in international consumer goods, working for companies like Pepsico, Unilever, P&G and Reckitt Benckiser.
